Capital Group LLC in New York. Previously the executive
vice president and chief learning officer of Manchester
Partners International he also served as the incoming
president of one of America's largest IT training
companies during his career, and as the vice president
of instruction and CLO of Dale Carnegie & Associates, Inc.
Over 4 million people in 85 countries have participated
in leadership programs designed or directed by Dr.
Ashby, including managers and executives from all of
the Fortune 500.
Frank's book with Dr. Jack Phillips, Developing Effective
Leadership Programs (ASTD) is regarded as one of the
better guides on the design of comprehensive leadership
development programs. Embracing Excellence

Frank is a former member of the Commission on
Educational Credit and Credentials at the American

A former host of the award-winning radio talk show,
Career Clinic and former Deputy U.S. Marshal (WAE), he
had a tryout with the NY Mets at Shea Stadium
(outfielder) upon graduating from college.
Frank holds a Ph.D. in organizational development, an
M.A. in adult learning from Columbia University, an
M.B.A. from The New York Institute of Technology and a
B.A. from Hofstra University.
Frank, his wife, Rita, their son, Danny, and their labrador
retriever, Taffy, live on Long Island.
