LIKE A QUALITY EDUCATION, QUALITY
SKILL-BUILDING TAKES TIME
Nobody can develop a world-class set of leadership skills in a few
days of training, just as no one can learn to play the piano like
Vladimir Horowitz or dance like Michael Flatley in a few lessons.
It's just not possible.
American secondary students invest about 800 hours of classroom
time and homework time in each major subject area from the
beginning of Grade 7 to the end of Grade 12.
Doesn't it make sense to invest at least that much in the building of
critical life and leadership skills?
